Meet The Founder

JENNY 

MEDINA

MORRIS

Founder & Managing Director

With deep roots in Latin America and more than two decades of international experience, Jenny helps brands across the United States craft innovative communication strategies that blend global insight with local authenticity to build meaningful connection.

She began her career as a political and investigative journalist in her native Lima, Peru, covering the final years of Alberto Fujimori’s dictatorship. This experience shaped her belief in communications as a force for positive change.

She later transitioned into agency work, developing advertorial and branded content for Fortune 500 companies, including Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, and Gillette.

Jenny led a statewide campaign that doubled Connecticut’s Hispanic voter-registration goal and developed strategies for the Hospital of Central Connecticut, the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving, MassHousing, and Northeast Utilities (now Eversource).

Recent highlights include front-page coverage and triple-digit ROI in earned media for the International Festival of Arts & Ideas, featuring global talents such as Angélique Kidjo, Jon Secada, and Samara Joy.

Her passion for storytelling also led her to produce a documentary about Machu Picchu for Yale University, and support both the New England Festival of Latin American and Iberian Cinema and the New Haven Documentary Film Festival.

Jenny earned a B.A. in Communications with a major in Journalism from Universidad San Martín de Porres in Peru. A storyteller at heart, she explores cross-cultural stories in her spare time. Read her latest article here.
